Who this applies to
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on readycue.ai and is issued by ReadyCue ([registered legal entity name — TBD], company registration number [Company registration number — TBD], registered office: [Registered office address — TBD], [Jurisdiction — TBD]). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
Plus subscription (monthly)
Cooling-off: If you are a consumer, you may cancel your first Plus subscription and request a full refund within 14 days of the initial payment, without giving a reason, subject to applicable law.
How to request: email [email protected] from the email address on your account, or use the Stripe billing portal linked from your Account settings where available. Please include your account email and the date of purchase.
After the cooling-off period: Plus renews monthly until you cancel. We do not refund partial months after the 14-day window. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until that date.
Pro (one-time)
The Pro plan is a one-time purchase for a 30-day paid feature window.
Within 14 days of purchase: you may request a refund if you have not meaningfully used the Pro plan. Meaningful use means more than five (5) coaching sessions completed while the Pro plan was active. If you exceed that threshold, the Pro plan is non-refundable even inside 14 days.
After 14 days: the Pro plan is non-refundable.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
